Greetings to everyone in this community.
On December 22 I received a message from ebay where I had to remove some listings because they violated VeRo's policy, all these listings had been successfully removed by the ebay system. So I didn't have to do anything about it because ebay took the initiative to delete them. In the end I stayed with the ones that ebay allowed me.
I was given a 3-day restriction due to what was explained above... This had happened to me before and I expected that after this restriction a 7-day restriction would come, then another 10-day restriction and then the last 30-day restriction... I have always thought that this was the sequence for all the violations that were presented on ebay because it has happened to me before. It turns out that I was selling well in the last two months and ebay started deleting my listings because I was violating the "VeRO Unauthorized Listing Policy" I don't know how ebay finds out which product is genuine or counterfeit but in the end ebay deleted all my listings (almost 6 thousand listings) because for ebay they are all counterfeits, but nevertheless, these products are sold on other platforms without problems.
I didn't see the sequence I was expecting of having a 3 day constraint, another 7 day constraint, another 10 day constraint, and at the end a 30 day constraint. This is supposed to be so but in my case it was not so; I had a 3 day restriction and from there I was given a 30 day restriction without receiving the 7 day and 10 day restrictions and to top it off all my listings have been marked as fake. I can hardly sell anything on ebay because every listing I add to this platform is marked as counterfeit. How is it possible that almost 6 thousand listings are marked as fakes?? And how is it possible that I do not have the opportunity to have the restrictions of 7 to 10 days as they did before so that I can have time to delete all the listings that do not comply with any policy? but now without notice all my listings are marked as fake and i can't add any of them.
I had never received a 30-day penalty, nor had ebay had the need to delete almost 6,000 listings from my account because I had complied with all the regulations. If I had been given the opportunity to have the 7 and 10 day penalties my account would have been cleared long before the 30 day penalty came but I was never given the opportunity to receive the fewer day penalties… 3 days was moved my account to have a penalty of 30 days.
When they previously penalized me, I resorted to deleting all the listings that did not comply with the policies or ebay itself deleted them. I never reached the maximum of penalties because I had the opportunity to have fewer days of restriction and so I could clear my account of violations but this time I was not allowed to have fewer penalties and I couldn't do anything.

@thomitc_0 wrote:You’ve already had the 7 and 10 day restriction, you constantly say that throughout your essay. You should have not received the 2nd 3 day and went straight to 30 days moving forward. I hate to be blunt, but the simple answer is, do not sell fake items, no excuses. If it’s not authentic from the manufacturer, then do not attempt to sell it. Makes sense, right? I know I gave you the sheets clear as day, but I already know you’re going to ask me more questions about what I said. So, I’ll end it like this, I am not here to debate you. I simply gave you the answers you were asking for. Note, more than likely, you’re not going to like the answer, but deal with it. It’s just part of business. You must follow eBay’s rules/policies, it’s that simple. If they only want authentic merchandise, then only sell authentic. Do not attempt to manipulate, only authentic, not altered, not clearly marked different manufacturer, but a name brand’s design that would confuse someone…. Only authentic
@thomitc_0, your post is strange because this thread is more than 2 years old, and has already been answered correctly. It's unusual to dig up such an old thread that doesn't need more input.
Did someone ask you to post this reply here, and tell you that you would be employed by eBay and eBay would pay you to post replies on this community? Have you also been asked to post product reviews? This is a scam, and they are setting you up to cheat you and steal from you. Very soon, you are going to be asked to pay the scammers, in order to be able to withdraw your "pay".
This is called a task-scam or an order-grabbing scam. Sometimes the fake company is "eBay Mall" sometimes it's something else. Either way, it's fake.
eBay doesn't pay people to make forum posts or product reviews, or "grab orders". Nor do any other companies. No legitimate company pays for fake product reviews, and they don't need (or pay) middlemen to do anything with their customer's orders.
If the scammers ask you to sign up for a cryptocurrency account, DON'T DO IT. Don't give them any (more) money. You won't get anything back. More info:
