Hi @jejikson09, welcome to the seller's forum. I see you are in Tanzania.
Most new sellers are given limits by eBay. Limits on the dollar amount you can sell, which i see from another post of yours that it is $500. Limits are also placed on the number of items you can sell a month.
Unfortunately, you will not be unable to put your Dell item up for sale if it exceeds the $500 limit. During this probationary period, eBay wants new sellers to prove their merit, so i would suggest starting with more modestly priced items so you can show eBay that you are a good seller. After you have some successful sales under your belt, eBay will raise your selling limits. There is no way to raise them until you have a strong showing of successful sales over the next 2-3 months. You could list 1 item a month at a price of $500 or 10 items at $50 each, for example. But nothing over $500.
Also, keep in mind that you are an international seller wanting to list on eBay.com, the US site, and eBay often requires things like proof of identity and other pertinent documentation.
Wish i had better news, but the time will pass quickly. Best of luck to you and hope you have many sales!
