the buyer needs to cancel for my fault and I want to return my buyer his money in full, but ebay won't let me. And I need help ASAP. Could anyone here help me to find out how to? Refund button didn't let me return him money he paid due to the finalizing fees, which I want to pay since he only waited for the item to get ready and it didn't happen for my fault or mainly for the factory's fault.
