i want change my account to business .i m old member on ebay .but my personal info hasnt edit option in individual change.why is it?

It appears that you are not even set up to have a selling account. Being that you are in Sri Lanka, your going to need to set up a Payoneer account and attach it to your eBay account so that you can sell on eBay. Once you do that, then you can, maybe, switch to a business account.

Others from Sri Lanka have posted that your Govt only allows businesses to sell via e-commerce.  Please research the laws and constraints of your country as changing your account status on e-Bay likely is the least of your online selling obstacles/constraints.

I think that you may need to start to register as a seller in order to be able to edit your account status. 

Try doing that first, and then please come back and let us know if that works.

Why do you want to change your status? Have you been told that you need to have a business, and could you please explain why that is? We are trying to understand if this is required by the Sri Lankan government or not. You do need to have the same status for both your Payoneer account and  your eBay account, so you won't be able to change the account type afterwards unless you either change both of them, or create a new Payoneer business account when you change your eBay account.
