Changing multiple Listings at one time

You can use the bulk editor to do this.  It even has a find-and-replace edit.  Just do a few at first so you are sure how it looks.

Select the listings to change and click on Edit.

Seller Hub/Listings/Active listings

- Tick the box next to the listings you want to change and hit Edit.

- When the page re-loads, tick the box to the left of the listings (or the one box at the top, to hit the whole list), hit the 'Edit fields' button and select 'Item Description'.

- When the page reloads, tick the 'Select actions' drop-down menu at the top and pick your poison.

- When your edit is done, hit 'Save and close'.
