I am selling some collectible trading cards. I have a buyer who made a repeat purchase, which is awesome, but she bought the same exact deck of assorted cards as she did earlier this month. (There are no duplicates within the deck, but if you bought multiple quantities of that deck, you're going to get all the same cards again. I thought this was pretty clear in the listing, and I used the quantity function as well.)
I worry that a buyer with poor motives could easily get the second deck, swap cards into the other deck, and claim the item was not as described because there were duplicates. I have contacted her several times trying to confirm that her purchase was intentional but have received no response. How would you suggest I proceed? Do I just ship out the second deck and hope she actually wanted 2 of everything? Anything I can do to protect myself if I receive an "item not as described" complaint?
I'm not a high volume seller, so dings in feedback/seller performance are my main concern. Her item will still be delivered by the expected date right now, but I'd be more than happy to refund her money.

I have a buyer in Spain who has purchased the exact same item 9 times over the past 3 years........
It's great!
Sure I wonder why but I mostly wonder why I don't have lots of buyers doing the same thing.

Thank you, that is very reassuring. I've decided to go ahead and ship the item out. I was trying to cover my butt and avoid an angry, defensive buyer if they realized they didn't read the listing carefully, but I will just have to deal with that if it happens. I'll hope for the best!
