I often got some strange complaints with refund request, during the recent months. I already did the shipping. Usually they will open a case with pending, then I gave response and explained, then after several days the system would charge back the money with fines.
How to make the return explanation more effective? Thanks.

What are the complaints? And what do you mean "Usually they will open a case with pending, "?

More information needed. Are you talking about credit card charge backs for unauthorized use?

You're selling discount codes and coupons that are either emailed or shipped in an envelope without tracking.
Without tracking showing delivered to the buyer, you have no proof they got their items, and you will LOSE every case every time. If you are having a lot of not received complaints, you are being stolen from and it will not stop until you either ship with tracking or change what you are selling.
Some areas are more prone to being scammed than others. Gift codes and coupons are one of those high scam areas. On another account I sell old recipe booklets and pamphlets, shipping them in a plain envelope with a stamp. I've never had a not received case filed. Old recipe booklets are not a highly scammed item - gift codes are.

Hi. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with your questions, but on another subject, if I were you, I'd call ebay and ask to talk to a feedback specialist to see if they'll remove that one negative you have. Your listing for that one clearly states right in the title and also in the description that the 20% discount is for one single item only.

"Your listing for that one clearly states right in the title and also in the description that the 20% discount is for one single item only."

When I looked at the OP's neg,
it said in Title and Description, for Entire Store purchase.

My bad, I stand corrected. When I clicked on the "View item" for the negative, instead of showing the item that resulted in the negative, it showed a "similar" item, which is what threw me off because I thought I was viewing the original listing. The similar one showed "one single item" not the entire purchase. But similar doesn't count, not even in horseshoes, darn it.
Thanks for catching that, Lynn! Appologies to the OP for my mistake!
