When Selling I use to get an email to say that a bid was received. Useful as I then know that item will sell. I only got the one notifications and not further bid notifications which is what I wanted but I no longer get that first notification. I checked "my account" "communication preferences" but can't see an option there plus most are greyed out; any idea what's stopping me getting the bid notification?
