So I do the shipping and PayPal refunds etc. for my sister's eBay store. It's kind of a joint thing that I help her with so I have quite a bit of experience with PayPal.
But my question is, I have some personal items that I am selling, and with the eBay fees I figure it would be better to sell on my own eBay account. I sold one of my items, the payment came in fine and I got it shipped out. Well another one of my items sold today. I log into my PayPal account, and it says money is waiting for you, and has were I can accept the money. Does anyone know why it did that?, and why didn't it just get put into my PayPal balance?
If I go to accept it, it's trying to make me set up a PayPal Cash account or transfer it to my bank. I don't know why it didn't go into my PayPal to begin with, and why it can't just stay in my regular PayPal account. I've never encountered this with my sisters eBay/PayPal account every payment she gets goes directly into her PayPal, shows up in her balance, can be transferred to her bank. We didn't have to open a PayPal Cash account for hers.
So anyone know the answer to this?
