Okay so I originally put a lava lamp up for bid. It wasn't until AFTER the bidding ended that the buyer and I agreed we wanted to cancel the sale. He did not pay for the lamp or shipping, and i did not send it.
However, I went into the hospital, and the alotted time for me to cancel the sale ended. Now, neither he nor I can figure out how to end it, and none of the "customer service" articles have been at all helpful. I don't care if i get refunded for any of the fees. I just want this sale to be ended without a penalty on either of us (especialy the buyer since the dude has been so patient through this whole thing).
