Manage all orders — eBay Seller Hub
click the drop down next to the item in your orders and choose "cancel Order"
choose "out of stock or damaged" and submit
Sellers should try to never sale items they don't have. It is very bad for business.

Not a good situation. As mybigsale stated you need to cancel for the item being out of stock. You are going to have to refund the buyer if they have paid and you are still going to have to pay the eBay fees. You are also going to get a transaction defect one of the worse things you can have as a seller. It takes very few of these to get your account suspended.
Based on your feedback this is not the first time you have done something like this.

Did a buyer here buy it? If so then you will get a ding on your account for being out of stock. Ways to avoid the out of stock ding right now is to find it for sale elsewhere, buy it and get it sent to your buyer or take the hit in your account.
if you are saying you had to is part listed on two different sites and it sold there and it is still listed here, go into your listing and end it.
Juggling the same item for sale on multiple sites is possible but not advised. Sooner or later you will slip up.
Better to run a listing on eBay for a few months then end it and then list elsewhere.
