Sold an item and the buyer said this "eBay tells me that, for whatever reason, you're unable to accept payment. I'll await your instructions. cheers, Gordon"

am I missing something? my paypal and everything is setup. I have sold before but it has been awhile.

Is your credit card information up to date? Particularly the expiry date?

Is the email address attached to your account correctly spelled?

If everything appears set up and current at your end, contact PayPal.

If PayPal doesn't discover a issue, discuss the problem with ebay.

Could the issue possibly be at the buyer's end?

The two most likely are an address that you don't ship to* or a buyer falling under your Block on Bidders with Unpaid Item Strikes.

Although, usually a Blocked Bidder can't,well, bid.

I've had that about twice now with sellers I have bought from. Bothing times, neither figured it out, and we had to cancel the order.

One got a bunch of negs after that because other were having the same problem. Looks like it is something on your end.

He sounds British (just a guess here, married an Englishman). Do you ship overseas? Is it possible payment was blocked because of that?
