I'm Fed up with eBay's seller restrictions MC999

As a loyal Seller who maintained 100% positive feedback and who cautiously tip toed obsessing  over every policy so as not to break it and as someone who made every effort to abide by every regulation, it angers me that this organisation doesn't value it's seller and instead uses AI to determine your risk factor through your nationality, your category instead of consulting sellers individually like human beings. We shouldn't allow such cooperations to thrive.

Am well aware that eBay appears heavily biased in favor of buyers, but could you explain further your contention that this organization does not value its seller and instead uses AI to determine your risk factor through your nationality?

If it adds anything to your situation, you should be aware that most decisions at this level in eBay are made by bots.

With over a million sellers, Ebay would never hire enough people to go through every seller's listings and determine if they are at risk. That's the great thing about computers, they can be programmed to find red flags without human interaction. It is actually not too hard to determine weather you are a risk. Selling many high value items. Selling items in very high demand all at once. A new seller who just started and is selling items that normally are considered high risk. Many variables but if you got flagged there is something there that you have not found. Also keep in mind that sellers who sold a year or more ago and started selling again are considered new sellers.

It does not matter where you live, it does not matter your nationality, eBay puts the same restrictions on returning sellers across the board if you have not been selling for X amount of time. Your feedback shows the last sale was almost a year ago (over 90 days), so triggered the limited in the amount in both $s and number of items you can list till you have been selling for a while. One of the reasons is to prove the account has not been hacked.
