I have reached my sell limit although I HAVE NOT listed or sold anything yet.

Hello. So as the title says, whenever I try listing a product for sale, I get the following error message:

"Request higher selling limits

Sorry, we're unable to increase your selling limits right now. Please come back later and check again."

I have contacted customer support but they weren't helpful, they sent me a pre-saved copy-pasted message about how to increase selling limits, but that was not my issue!

I came here to hopefully find somebody that actually reads and understands my issue in order to help me.

Again, I have NEVER sold anything on eBay, yet I have somehow reached the selling limit on my account.

What value are you attemtping to list for?

New sellers have $ limits on accounts

Apparently different variations of the same product count as different items, I didn't know that.
