I had a buyer who ask me for a best offer price and I sent her an email using the best offer messages. She accepted the offer and then sent me three further emails, each regarding another item requesting best offer quotes.
I sent best offer quotes via three emails and she didn't receive any of them. I had been trying to reach her to see if she was going to buy the first one and she informs me she hasn't received the other 3. Given the down turn in sales for everyone, this is more than worrisome. Another bug?

Thank you for the suggestion. I did email her and provide her with the discounts on the items. If she is happy with them, then I will do a best offer on the item itself.
It just seems rather strange that not a single best offer went to her and they were all done through separate emals where the item was the one in question.

Is this a new buyer with a low feedback count? Do you have a seller requirement set to limit the number of multiple purchases from new accounts?

No, she is an existing seller from the UK over 2000 feedback. I don't have any blocks set and I ship internationally.
