I got My Account Restricted for Selling OTC Eye Drops

Hello!

Well as the tittle states my account got restricted because eBay states i was selling Prescription Drugs, i was selling OTC eye drops. I called Customer Service and was hung up  on twice, the 4th person i spoke to essentially said i was SOL.

Is there some department located in the US that might be able to assist me?

My kneejerk reaction is to contact the qualified eBay C/S Reps beginning with a message on the eBay facebook page. (Some sellers create throwaway accounts on fb just for this.) You will receive quick emails from Reps who have the knowledge, resources and ability to actually offer service.

It's two-way communication that you can handle on your time. Be factual, concise and separate emotion from the issue. Your first Rep may send you to a better-qualified one, you may have to escalate to another... but you'll get the best (and quickest) eBay customer service there is.

selling overseas?? if so it may have been a restricted drug by other countries.

Is it one that is "prescription strength?" because that's against ebay rules.
