If you use the OOS (out of stock) feature.
When you change the quantity from 0 to whatever, it does not let you add a "each additional" shipping cost.
It defaults to the same shipping cost as the first item.
On the old listing page it would recognize that you are changing quantity from 0 to whatever and let you add a "each additional" shipping cost.
So now you have to change the quantity from 0 to whatever, revise the listing, then go back and revise it again to add a "each additional: shipping cost.

The old form for me when I'd do this would stay blank for the additional item until I put something in. Every now and then it would put in the same about as the first item.
When I revised a listing in the old form. If it was a listing that I did have a few to sell, then they all sold but 1, I got some more stock in and I brought back up the inventory, it would put in the amount for the additional item IF I had it on the original listing.

Yeah the old form would be blank, but at least you could put something in.
The new form does not even let you.
It does not recognize that you just changed the quantity from 0 to whatever.
You have to update the listing with the quantity change, then go back and update the "each additional" cost.

I just tested this on one of my listings currently sitting at zero but use to have a multiple quantity until I sold out.
When I entered quantity of one, the shipping read with the first item and an additional item too. Then I click just on the page someone. About 5 seconds later it changed and the additional item was no longer there.
So I then tried it with two items. The shipping did not show the additional item. I again just clicked on the page to make it update and in a few seconds it updated and it had the additional item amount as it was originally set up.

Give it a try. It just needs a moment to adjust. But you have to click somewhere on your screen so the program knows to update.
