I have an issue with my selling account. When I add a new payout method to my account, I need to verify by submitting a code sent to my phone number from eBay, but I did not receive anything at that time, so I still have not added that new Payoneer account to my eBay.
After that, I checked the 2-FA security affected on my eBay account, my phone number still received an SMS code normally.
I tried one more time to add the Payoneer to my eBay but still did not receive any SMS code to my phone number.
What can I do now? Please help me!
