Did you mean:

I didn't click Paypal only when I created my Listing...

And now the seller wants to use a credit card instead of Paypal.  I was not enrolled in Managed Payments at the time of sale. (My description said Paypal only, but the listing itself had both Paypal and Credit Card... so my mistake I guess.)

Since the item already sold, is there a way for me to use Managed Payments and have the seller pay me through Ebay?

It shows the credit cards because a buyer can pay with a credit card in eBay checkout.  Its still processed by PayPal but it doesn't require the buyer having a PayPal account.  You do not have to do anything   If the buyer wants to pay with a credit card they can through eBay check out

Yes, buyer just selects their credit card on Paypal when going through check out.

Re: I didn't click Paypal only when I created my Listing...

Yes you did. It’s impossible to create a listing without selecting an online payment method. Since you were not enrolled in MP the PayPal option is on your listing.

Now, the buyer has the option to use a credit or debit card at checkout USING eBAY’S CHECKOUT if they don’t want to use PayPal. And you will never know which option they selected since both options result in the funds going into your Payapl account. It makes absolutely no difference to you which option they choose.

Since the buyer is asking you about using a credit card I suspect they are trying to scam you. (Is it the Apple  watch? High scam item).

Just tell all the buyer to go through eBay’s checkout and select the credit card option. If you don’t get paid in 48 hours, open an unpaid item case.
