I cannot change my company logo.

Did I miss something.  I finally created a company logo to display on ebay.  When I go to upload it, the upload button will not change colors to allow me to upload.  Did ebay change there policy or am I missing something.

If the Upload button doesn't activate, something went wrong in the steps leading up to that point. My guess, based on not a lot of details to go on here, is that the image you want to upload does not fit all their requirements: its dimensions for height or width may be outside the eBay limits (e.g. too wide/narrow/tall/short), or the image file size may be too big or too small.

Thanks for responding.  I have tried BMP, JPG and PNG.  I have used the original that was provided to me and I have reduced the size so the image was under the 10 kb that it asked for.  I am truly at a loss.

Okay, let me suggest splitting the task into two steps:

1. Uploading anything as a logo image, followed by
2. Uploading your company logo, once you've gotten past Step 1 above

This approach may at least help to clarify whether the problem is with your process or with your image. See if that helps at all...
