I can't list a plush seahorse

I tried to list a plush seahorse, made by Steiff, and I get the message as shown below.

Any idea how I can get around this? I guess Animal Wildlife is into protecting toys now, too....

I just did a search for plush seahorse and many listings came up! 

Maybe you are trying to list in wrong category?

Try doing a search and see what comes up.  Take a look at listings and category's .

Try going to one of the    listings for a seahorse plush and click on the "Sell now" button below the gallery image.

I tried several different ways, finalle one took hold: Steiff miniature seahorse....

Plush and everything else was a no-go. Ebay is really an interesting place to be :):)
