I can't find Markdown Manager

Can someone help - I can't find Markdown Manager anywhere. I've used it about 100 times over the years and I can not locate it anymore. I'm not interested in promotions - just want to mark a number of my items 50% off. Thanks

Markdown Manager has been ended and merged into Promotions Manager I am told. I don't have a store so i can't direct you to the right place (but you might try Google).

So frustrating - I just want to clearance out old inventory, not run promotions. Why, eBay, why???

I too had trouble locating it since they changed things up. I finally found it you go to My EBay at the top on drop down menu click on Selling, it will take you to Seller Hub then click on Marketing Tab,  I don’t do Promotions but you click on Manage Promotions then click Create Promotion then hit Sale Event + Markdown then it will allow you to mark your items down as you want. I don’t know why they made it so complicated or why they put markdown manager under the Promotions button.  But this is how you markdown your items as you wanted. Hope this helps
