Hi does anybody know why I can't change the scale size of my labels anymore I have been printing at 60% for years but as of yesterday When I try to put 60% the label disappears. Getting very annoyed any help would be much appreciated. It will only print at 100% even if i put in 99% the label seems to vanish but if I put back to 100% it shows up again

Having the same issue did you report it to Microsoft?
I've reported it because it happened after the update.
Very frustrating.
Good luck!

I think I read that others were using a different browser like Chrome or Firefox instead of MS Edge as a workaround. You can save your label as a PDF and then play with your printer's settings as well.

I usually use Edge browser and the same problem recently happened to me, where I could no longer resize the shipping/postage label. I tried it on the Chrome browser and it works as it should.
I think the problem is because of a recent Microsoft update.
To report glitch to Microsoft: In Microsoft Edge click the 3 dots > Help and Feedback, or press Alt+Shift+I

Labels are made a certain size as that is what USPS, UPS or Fed Ex requires.
My local USPS store can accept items with different labels (OLD postal machines for example), but does not like to as these have to be processed manually and take MUCH longer to get from point A to point B. The reason that the labels are a certain size is so that sorting and packing machines can read them and get them sorted MUCH faster. Anyone using stamps, odd size labels, or postal machine stamps, could and normally does see an extreme slow down in delivery of those items. Stop trying to beat the system and save a nickle on paper, and print them the correct size the right way.

With some of my listings, it is not a matter of trying to beat the system to save a nickel, but a 100% size label will not fit a 4x4 box, I need to resize it. Also, since I print it on regular sheet paper with no glue on the back I need to tape it to a box from the edges. With a larger label its a bit looser and there may be more chance of it pulling off during shipping.
I used to work for USPS, those optical scanners can handle the reduced size labels as long as there is clear separation between the bar code lines.

What is the correct size label?
I have searched before on USPS.com and all I can find is that for International Package there is a minimum package size of 6" Length and 4" Width but it does not say anything about label size.
I have not been able to find out anything about domestic mail minimum package or label size.
I often print my labels at 3" X 4"

The label only has to be readable - size makes no difference.
