I can't delete 2 messages from a buyer on item they bought.

I've looked all over. There are 2 questions (that have been answered or don't need answering) in my selling hub that I can't delete. I checked active and all other places and there is no options to mark as answered. In the active hub there are 0 unanswered questions. 

Now here is the kicker, if I switch to classic view under the sold pane it says there are 3 unanswered questions but no option in the action drop down to mark as answered.
