Neither will load and yield blank pages. Any work around? I have a buyer upset I didn't cancel a purchase he made an offer on "by mistake" after the Unpaid Item Dispute kicked in (as far as I know I can't cancel at that point, can I?)

No, you can't.

Maybe suggest to your buyer to contact customer service for help with account issues such as buying by mistake and not paying.
