I assumed positive feedback was positive feedback but I was wrong

I assumed positive feedback was positive feedback but I was wrong. The positive feedback is NOT positive feedback.  The user provided a wrong address then ebay does NOTHING to help.  

customer in Dominican Republic . He make the mistake . He is the buyer and he ship to me ( courier/ freight forwarder ) abd we ship to him to Dominican Rep .

I will call him but you can and to tell him that please That it’s no part of my business I’m only trying to help you and my customer

Ebay is totally broken. They don't check addresses. They don't fix problems.  They don't allow negative feedback. They allow fake negative feedback to only sellers.

I do not what you are talking about, or who you think you are talking to.  You have not reached anyone at eBay customer service.  This is a users forum, for buyers and sellers, members like you, who tey to help one another when we can. 

 

If you can explain what your problem is, someone may have some advice for you.  I have read your post three times and do not understand the issue.

I have no idea why you are mentioning positive feedback as it looks like the customer left you a negative.

Is the problem that they left you negative feedback or is the problem that they got their money back after filing an item not received claim? Did you have tracking on the package?
