Hello, I am new to selling here on Ebay and I recently got two orders and I already shipped them.
Today I noticed that the package tracking isn't working as detailed compared to when I track them on the site directly, so I went ahead and message my buyer to go ahead and track them directly there. As I do that I included the link to the site and the message delivered fine. But when I copy and about to paste it to send it to my other buyer, Ebay won't let me do it because the message contain an external link.
My question is: will my store be alright with that one message being delivered? Will Ebay do anything that harm my account? Or will it be okay?
