Its been many years I have sold anything on eBay. I wanted to sold one item (hair clipper) and got this error message. "Your limits can't be increased at this time because your seller performance is Below Standard. Please go to your Seller Dashboard to learn more about how to improve your seller performance."
I went to seller dashboard and found "Your seller dashboard is not available at this time because your account has been restricted."
Has anyone faced this issue and how they resolved it? My estimated wait time to customer service is never ending. It starts with 6 then jumped to 7 -> 5->6->11.
My total transaction on eBay is 32.

@wholesale-price-club If your seller dashboard is not available then you need to contact CS. I suggest you use FB
Contact customer service by sending a private message on social media. You leave a message and an eBay employee will get back to you as soon as possible. To speed things up you can leave your registered account information in the PRIVATE message: Full name, address, phone number, email address, user ID and a brief explanation of your problem.

The dashboard would not be helpful anyway. It appears it has been more than a year since you sold anything. Is that correct? The Seller Dashboard only goes back 12 months. So there isn't going to be any information there.
For there to be some kind of flag on your account, you will need to do as @comics-scifi-collectibles suggested and contact Ebay on Facebook. It is possible they have connected you to some other account that has some issues or they could just be mistaken. But you will have to work directly with Ebay to figure that out.
Please come back and tell us what you find out.
