How would I report a pocket-size power bank that is clearly fraudulent?

There are many power banks on sale on Ebay that are listed as 300,000mah (300 amps!) or more, which industry simply does not make in that size. There must be thousands of items like this on ebay. The size is far too small to be 300ah. Would I list it under "Listing practices", "Fraudulent listing activities", then "You suspect a listing is fraudulent"?

Example: 500,000mah power bank.

Maybe simple typos and should be 3,000?  Many sellers listing those items may not be fluent in English.

OK kids, time to get the Dodge loaded up again. I hear 'Poppy's By the Tree' calling. This trip might be a long one too.

The only "typo" is that these should be listed as µAh instead of mAh.

Of course it's only a "typo" if it's accidental but in the case of these powerbanks it's intentional.

As an FYI, using that link may or may not cause anything to happen with the listing.

Peace in the Middle East is far more likely.
