I had two SNADs filed against me in two days, both for items exactly as described. Both came back with no sign the buyer had even opened my interior packaging. (surprise surprise) Both claimed damage that either didn't exist or was clearly photographed and described. Nothing new there.
The question is, does this survey imply that they are finally starting to take seller complaints about abuse seriously? We all know reporting the buyer probably does precisely nothing but eventually curtail the person's Moneyback Guarentee access. Maybe.
Wishful thinking may now commence. (one more reason my store is going away this year, in addition to a long nasty medical backstory I won't bother repeating.)

Survey is always written for to squaw the results to a specific target.
Such is what they be.
Was that return good for you as the seller???
It just cost you time and money as well as eBay..
LOL

I figured, but hope is eternal. So are eBay fee increases, but that's another story.
