The only way a buyer can revise feedback is if the seller sends them a formal feedback revision request. So at some point you must have been aware of it.

eBay's software has misdirected you to the US discussion boards. As a UK seller, you'll want to post these questions on the UK discussion boards. There's every possibility things might be just a bit different between the two platforms. Best to get advice from your fellow sellers.
