How to temporarily switch from advanced listing tool to quick listing tool

How do I change from the advanced listing tool to the quick listing tool temporarily?

I want to take advantage of this offer:

https://pages.ebay.com/promo/2018/0322/abo.html

Its requirements are:

1. Item(s) must be listed or in the auction-style format.
2. Item(s) must be listed with the option to "Allow offers".

From my understanding, the only way to fulfill requirement 2 is to use the quick listing tool. The advanced listing tool doesn't allow us to set up an auction with offers.

I don't plan on using the quick listing tool permanently. I only want to use it for this promo, so I need to be able to change back to the advanced listing tool when I'm done.

When you use your advanced listing form, do you see a link to switch to the Quick form?

If you don't, eBay may not allow you to switch.

On your advanced listing form, choose a category.

When the main page comes up, click on the Help box on the right.

Click on the last of the FAQ's.

You may see the following message:

"The advanced listing tool is more suitable for some members, so the Switch to quick listing tool option is not available to all sellers."

So...some sellers (like me) were invited to that promotion, but can't use the Quick tool that is necessary to use the promotion.   Hmmmm...

How to temporarily switch from advanced listing tool to quick listing tool

I didn't realize you could allow offers on an Auction style listing. Am I missing something here?

In my advanced listing form, I do not see a link to change to the quick listing version.

I checked the FAQs like you suggested and I do see that message.

I'm disappointed that I can't take advantage of the promo.

That option is only available in the quick listing tool. See here:

EBay began experimenting with adding offers to auctions back in the fall:

With the promotion which rolled out last week

it is apparent that offers on auctions is now a regular feature available to sellers who use the Quick form of the listing tool.  The feature is not available to sellers using the Advanced listing tool.
