How to tell when I'm sold out of an item

Sorry if this is a dumb question that I should easily know the answer to after all these years.  I occasionally have problems knowing what I've sold out of, and I can't seem to find anywhere on Ebay that easily shows me.  Typically I keep track of it in my pending shipments because it will say "Quantity 1 (0 available).  But when order volume gets high I sometimes lose track and then I don't know something is sold out until a customer messages me to ask when it's back in stock.  The only thing I can find in my seller dashboard is Listings > Unsold and Listings > Ended.  These two links contain the exact same items and they're simply items I ended on purpose as opposed to things I'm sold out of.

If you have not done so already, enable the out of stock feature here:

https://my.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?MyEbay&CurrentPage=MyeBayPreferences&FClassic=true&ssPageName=S...

Once you have this feature enabled you will be able to see which items are out of stock on the Seller Hub>Manage active listings page.  Note that the out of stock feature is global and will apply to all listings when enabled.  So, if an item becomes out of stock that you are not going to replenish, you will want to end that item to avoid automatic renewals.

Additionally if you are in your Seller Hub, Active listings.  You see the list of your active listings.  If you click on the column title Available Quantity, it will resort the active listings in ascending order and you can see easily which listings have a zero quantity, once you have your inventory setting changed to accommodate OOS items.

Typically Ebay allows OOS items to stay active for 90 days unless you end the listing before that.  Right now due to covid 19 and potential sourcing delays Ebay has increased this time to 180 days for right now.

Thank you @mam98031 , I was unaware eBay increased the time to restock to 180 days.  Did you happen to see a date for when this will revert back to 90 days?

The way I read it, it is open ended.  It appears to me that until they announce something different it is now 180 days.
