How to speed up a selling limit increase?

Error: It looks like you've reached the amount you can list. You can list up to £200,000 in total sales this month. Request to list more

Current situation (example):

Selling limit per month: £200,000

Listed: £190,000

Sales: £8,500

Remaining 'limit' £1,500.

We had products that are out of stock arrive, we go to update the stock and are told we can't as we hit the limit. Simple, reduce the stock of some slower selling items to free up the limit and then add stock to the other products. Right?

NO!

The listing limitation works on a monthly basis, even though I've removed £20,000 of stock we still only have £1,500 left to work with.

We have multiple listings that ended yesterday but have not relisted due to the limit. So each day goes by we lose our listings and all of our data attached to the listings. Yes we can relist them but the data is gone 😞

I called customer support and used the website, our only option is to fill an application form (which we have done) and wait 3 days and hope we receive an increase.

Is there anyway to increase the limit asap? We are super scared of losing even more listings.

Thanks

Since you are in the UK, and there are differences between the US and the UK platforms, you should post this to the UK Community:

https://community.ebay.co.uk/

For whatever it may be worth, I have never heard of a way to speed up the process involved in reviewing and changing selling limits.

Sorry I didn't realise I was on the US board. Have posted over on the UK.

Perhaps opening up another store might work. Just a thought.

That will not work, a new account will have extremely small limits to start and they won't increase quickly.
