How to solve "Remove contact information and links"

I got the following message from ebay.

Remove contact information and links

1 of your listings contain personal contact info or links to external sites.

But I can not find any personal info and links in my lists.

Please let me know what should I do with it.

How to solve "Remove contact information and links"

Three of your four listings had links to "http://www.isolationvalvekit.com/" That link needs to be removed.

Here's a tool available to identify active content in your listings.

How to solve "Remove contact information and links"

In my opnion ebay can get a little strange regarding this. I listed various third party shippers with contact information and had to remove the information. List shippers no contact information. I was selling furniture.

I'm not sure that has anything to do with the issue being presented by the OP; however, eBay is pretty clear about active content in listings.

How to solve "Remove contact information and links"

Click on Revise item.Come down to the description. On the top left click on HTML.Then click anywhere in the body of the description. Then press Control F on the keyboard..

A small box will open at the top of the page.Click in it and type ".org".Look in the description and ".org" will be highlighted. Delete it everywhere it is in the description..Then go back to the little box at the top of the page and type in ".com".Delete ".com"everywhere  it appears in the description.

Come down to the bottom of the page and click save revisions.

That means some of the text in your listing was most likely cut and pasted from a website.  There is some "hidden" HTML code in there. That's what's triggering your warning message.

It looks like several people have already showed you how to fix it.

Good luck and stay safe!
