How to report a user?

So basically i just started an auction and soon after received a message from someone saying they tried to buy my item but they couldn't because my account wouldn't accept new accounts or accounts that hadn't bought anything in a while but luckily he contacted support who had a link that I would have to put in my browser and enter. Clearly trying to do something bad here. so i was going to report him but i found there's no option for it. not in the message or on his account page. is there any way i can have this dude reported?

Add him to your blocked buyer list and do not message him anymore.

What were you going to report?

That the person is suspicious and might do something bad?

I would just block and move on.
