I want to stop the sales of my store for a week.
But I do not want to delete all my ads

You have to have an eBay store to be able to put an eBay store on vacation.  It looks like you are just using a basic free (50 items per month account); so your only options are to either shut down your listings, or bump up either the handling time to something ludicrous, or bump up your prices to something ludicrous.

Now that I think about it, the latter sounds like the best way to go, because if by chance someone does still purchase a super over priced item, you should be able to use the funds from that to "emergency drop ship" an identical item if you can find one, from wherever you are vacationing.
