How to properly sell software products (Windows license keys)

I have several Windows license keys I want to sell.

However, trying to sell them seems to violate some paragraph of TOS I can't figure out.

After creating the selling post I find my account blocked, and it happened twice, too much for "false positive".

However, I see numerous posts selling Windows license keys (I used them once too).

What do I do wrong?

You can not sell those on eBay, Microsoft is one company you do not mess around with.

As for others, they may have permission to sell or they have not been caught yet.

You cannot sell "keys" on Ebay as they are not yours to sell.  Doing this will give you a quick suspension from ever selling on Ebay again.  Here are the policies:

You need to contact Microsoft and see if they will allow you to be a licensed reseller of their product.

If these are OEM licenses that came with a computer, you cannot resell them without the computer (per Microsoft).

If you are selling license keys only, I believe these are considered digital items and you cannot sell them on eBay (per eBay).

Just because other people are trying to do it does not make it acceptable.
