How to pay for fedex label

I like to always pay me fees early to always know how much money i have. But i recently shipped fedex and i wanted to ask how i pay for the label? I cant make a one time payment and it didnt seem to come out of my paypal. Any ideas?

Hopefully you are keeping screenshots of the shipping label creation page for your FedEx (and all other) labels for your records, or at least jotting down notes of your eBay FedEx label estimated costs. If so, you know the estimated total amount for each label. (and if your weight and dimensions are correct the final billed FedEx amounts should match within a few pennies.)

Just add the total estimated FedEx amounts to your eBay invoice total and pay it. You will have a credit on your invoice that will draw down as the shipments are delivered, at which time FedEx bills eBay, and eBay adds those amounts to your new running invoice.
