Hi all,
So I recently started selling cards again on ebay after a long hiatus - I sold a card few days ago, then I suddenly got notified by ebay yesterday that they were restricting my account from selling anything (honestly not sure what I did wrong.. but anyways, that isn't the focus of my question) and voided/nulled my transactions.
Does anyone have any experience knowing what happens when a transaction that's already paid for and shipped gets nullified midway?
I'm trying to contact my buyer to let him know what's going on (on my side), but it won't let me message him anymore.
Thanks for anyone's help in advance, much appreciated.

eBay can not intercept an item once it is on it's way, and as you stated you received the funds so all should be well for that transaction.
Have you contacted eBay to appeal your restriction ?

You have his contact info, so you should be able to send him a message directly.

Thanks for the reply.
But they can still withhold the funds from me no?
Yes I contacted them already (including on Twitter & FB) but they said its irreversible and can't be appealed 😞

Thanks for the reply.
But all I have is his postal address, don't have his email or anything else.

Also I'd like to add, reason I want to contact him is that because the item page no longer exists, if I'm not mistaken he can't see the tracking package number that I added previously.
So he has no way of knowing where or when the item is - not to mention, as it's an international shipment, the shipping time is going to be relatively long too. I don't want him to feel like he got scammed/cheated or something.
