How to make my store better? Slow sales

I'm looking for opinions on my store.. Sales have been slow and I'm wondering if I'm missing something obvious. I appreciate any constructive criticism or tips that can improve my store. Thank you

Overall, the listings I looked at were in good shape.  I didn't really see anything that stood out to me that might help you improve sales.

The only issue that I saw was that the condition descriptions seemed at times optimistic, and this can lead to a higher return rate.  For example, I'm seeing comments such as "like new" when there are scratches on the item.  "Like new" does not have scratches.

Use eBay promote your item. I added it to several of my items that had a lot of watchers and views. It has generated a lot of sales for me in January. The nice thing is if someone looks at your item promoted they may also look at other items you have for sale. You don't have to promote all items and you only pay an additional fee if the promoted item sell.
