Sales started. Received saveral emails. How to know if the process is over?

What process do you mean? I do not see any listings for you on this account. Have you listed on another account? It would be helpful to see what you are doing thus far.

you should not be selling on ebay.

Perhaps you should read up about selling BEFORE you sell. 

A) You list 

B) You sell

C) You get paid

D) You ship

Go to your Items Awaiting Shipment screen and print labels.

Go to your Managed Payments screen a few days later to look at the money.

Don't look at emails.

Be careful of emails some maybe scams. Look at seller Hub on a computer screen and orders in awaiting shipment. Ship those and managed payments will take care of the payments. You can see under payments tab on seller hub all the payouts and check your bank.

I actually find this question very concerning.  I know you are new to selling, but it is you responsibility to do your homework for the basics BEFORE starting to sell.  I think it is pretty normal to want to know exactly how the money process is handled and what you can expect.  I strongly suggest you take some time and review the following links carefully.  It is so important for you to know the basics.
