How to handle eBay

I have spoken to eBay customer service so many times and they claim they will fix but never has chanced. I was a top seller until I took 10 days off in February for a vacation but allowed orders. This was vacation from he$$ . My family went Bahamas and this is when testing was still in full effect to enter and return. My last day there and I test positive for Covid. Mandatory testing by the Atlantis and AA. You are confined to your room can only order room service. On day 5 you test again if you still tested positive AA would allow you to return after 5 days: I contacted customers and explained and gave them the option to wait or cancel. Because there would be delay. I contacted eBay when I got home and explained situation and offered proof etc. they said they would remove late uploading and tracking. Each time I called they said it will come off well it near September and I am stuck in 78 percent for uploading on time. At this rate I’ll never get top seller status again. Does anyone have advice/

How to handle eBay

Those are 90-day metrics, and they are evaluated on the 20th of each month and then you need to evaluate at that level or better for another month. Then on the 1st of the following month, you should get a change.

 

Example: You get evaluated on Sept 20th and have shown improvement. You must maintain that level of metrics or above until Oct 20th when you will be evaluated again. If that one looks good, you should see any due changes on Nov 1.
