How to get the ePID item info "About this Product" updated?

I'm trying to get support for an incorrect ePID product description: EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti 11GB (11GP46390KR) Founders Edition Graphics Card for sale online | eBay

"Power Cable Requirement: 8-Pin + 8-Pin PCI-E" should be "Power Cable Requirement: 6-Pin + 8-Pin PCI-E"

This inaccurate description affects every seller of this product, so there's obviously no way for me to fix it. eBay Customer Service didn't know how to fix it either.

Can you try leaving it blank and putting the correct Cable Requirement in the description?

Can't you revise your listing and tick the box for "don't show the information," and then put in your own item specifics?  I do it with book ISBNs because often the info is innacurate, like paperback vs hard cover.

I already responded to that. "Not using eBay" is not an answer.

Can't leave the ePid blank because then it won't be listed correctly. Meaning I'll lose out on views and search listing.

As far as I know, if you do that, it won't be listed under the product. It will delete the user reviews. Etc.

You might want to actually test that.

In my Category it doesn't really matter since nothing I sell has an actual "product page". That said if you select the item from the Catalogue it will be associated regardless if you use the pre-filled info and pics or not (in my case it's a "NOT & NEVER" for the reasons you describe).

The one and only time I did use it I ended up with a not as described case because I didn't notice one minor but important difference between the version in the Catalogue and the version I was selling (both used the same MPN).
