I notice when I search for a random item, that some listings show a red text of how many have sold.
Anyone know how to turn this on?
This data point is a buying trigger for many buyers and will lead some to trust some listings over others when seeing it has sold more quantity.
It is not based on number of sales, as proof of my own listing out selling that of another seller that has their quantity in red text and mine still not.

eBay does not reveal those algorithms and what they show to each buyer is different @plants_n_fins. I'm seeing what you're looking for on many of your listings.

When one of my listings has 10 units sold, it seems to display either:
a) The number of units sold, or else,
b) The number of watchers.
How does ebay decide which listings are flagged as "Great Price"?

So it algorithmic? that doesn't seem fair to me. but we are slaves to their system i guess.

Looking at your listings, a lot of them do show how many have been sold.
