Hi and welcome. I took a look at your listings. You have some beautiful things. But a couple of issues jumped out at me. One is your titles.
In your Titles, the keywords are weak, non-existent and too generic. Take for example this title: “Gorgeous Black Beautiful Designer Silver and Gold Plated Ring Special For Women”. It tells me only 3 things about the ring—that it is black, for a female and is plated in gold and silver.
No where in the listing is the ring described in detail. What is the black gemstone? What carat is it? What size are the stones? What are those other stones i see in the picture? Is the plating sterling silver? What karat is the gold plating 10k, 14k etc? What is the weight of the ring?
Words such as Gorgeous, Beautiful, Special, are not keywords a shopper will use when searching the internet for a specific ring. They do not identify or quantify the item and should be omitted in favor of actual descriptors.
To attract buyers, there must be exact details. Ebay is a very brand-centric platform, and your jewelry is unbranded. Who is the designer and are they known enough to have a following or recognizable name? If so, that would be a great keyword to include. Generic products do not do very well on eBay because there is nothing special to draw a shopper to the listing.
Then there is the size of the ring. Why don’t you have the listing set up with variations so the buyer can select the proper size that will fit them? This is more efficient than asking in the Description for the correct size to be included at checkout. Further you instruct the shopper that if they fail to select the size that you will substitute a 7. My concern is that without a variation listing, errors in sizing may happen, leading to Not As Described claims.
Next issue of note is absent Item Specifics. These are critically important facts about the product that lead to placement in eBay’s Search and can attract Search Engines like Google and Bing to pick up your listing and publish it on the world wide web. That directs traffic to your listing. But there must be specific keywords and details about the item. Yours are woefully lacking. The same info that goes in the title also needs to appear in Item Specifics. Brand, Style, Size, Color, Gem Type, etc.
The next problem i see in your listings is the shipping time. Since you are in India, and there is a world wide epidemic happening, you are working within a crippled postal system. But for a buyer to have to possibly wait 2-3 months to receive their items, well that is a hurdle you must rectify. Most buyers want their items right away, or within a reasonable time period. This is working against you. There are thousands of rings listed on eBay. Your competition is steep and can beat you on shipping time.
The next issue that needs attention is your Description. The item should be the star of the listing. Info on your company is fine, but should appear below the item details. Right now, there is no info on the ring in your description, and there should be.
Your pictures are great. And the items themselves are awesome. So you just need to add information about your jewelry so that buyers can find your things. Good luck to you, and wish you much success.

For the most part you just need to wait. You do have a very long handling time so that would count against you in the search returns. Ebay has an algorithm they use to place sellers in the search returns. While Ebay will never tell us all the stuff that goes into that, our handling times are absolutely part of it. Any handling time over 5 days starts to lower you in that algorithm.
Why do you need a 15 day handling time?
Higher quality pictures may help too. When you zoom your pics they are often not really very clear. And some are too small to zoom. Pics must be at least 800 pixels in one direction to allow for zooming.
