Ebay replied on their Facebook account. Since I was at a perfect 100% & ebays mistake does not drop me below Top Rated Seller status requirement, they replied nothing will be done to correct their admitted error. 😂

Thank you for doing that! I can see that combined shipping order and that the buyer did receive all their items on time, we appreciate you taking care of your customer! When we look at appealing this particular section of your Dashboard, our teams will only remove them if they qualify for removal and if you are at risk of losing your Top Rated status. Because you currently are not at risk of losing that status, they would not remove them from the dashboard. However, the defect appeal timeframe is 90 days, and these only count toward your seller level for 90 days. So either they will fall off with no harm to your account, or if for some odd reason you receive more and you are at risk of losing that status we can then submit those for removal. ~Daniel
This is such an inadequate response by Ebay IMHO. Those defects stick around a long time and who is to say that the same problem doesn't happen next month or the month after than and the seller does get rated Below standard.
There needs to be a way to get Ebay to remove mistakes like this.

Hey @mam98031 tracking uploaded on time and validated has been a difficult metric to appeal for many years. However, this metric only applies to being Top Rated or Above Standard. It cannot put an account Below Standard.
Additionally, if a seller were to be in a position where they are facing losing Top Rated, the seller standing itself can be appealed (there is also a grace period that can apply too - just click on the + sign next to the heading for "Seller Performance Standards")
