How to get INAD rating lowered

So  went from below standard to now a Top Rated seller for like 8 months.  I just now see that my Item not as described ratings are considered high for what are essentially my top 3 selling category. I also see that eBay calculates your 5% fee increase by the order total, but you 5% Top Rated Seller discount from your fee total.  Anyways, for about a month now I been trying to dispute these INAD ratings since they are based on some cases that were decided in my favor, according to the report, even returns that eBay closed altogether. It seems like this fee is unavoidable as the returns team sends me to the defects team who sends me to the seller metrics team who assures me my seller rating isn't effected, but wont directly change my INAD rating. someone please help me find the right steps to take.

ps. YES I have been improving my item descriptions and seller practices since this happened.

The TRS discount [10% of your FVF] is not available to you if you are now Below Standard and being charged the penalty fee of 6%.

If your issue is with your Service Metrics, It doesn't matter the outcome of an INAD, it is the fact that it was opened in the first place.  So it will do you no good to get anything removed.

If your problem is with your Seller Dashboard, then INADs found in your favor do not create a defect.  Only ones that Ebay had to step in on.

About the only way to work out of this is to dilute the numbers in the category you are having issues with.  More sales / transactions.  Run a markdown sale in your store.  Don't sell any high priced stuff during this time as that additional 6% fee is a lot.

Watch those cancellations too.  Those will get you in trouble when it is your fault for the cancellation, no matter your reason.
