How to find the physical address of international buyers - Global Shipping Program

I use buyers addresses to keep track of return buyers. When I switched from Paypal to managed payments I no longer could see the actual address of the international buyer (I only saw the GSP Kentucky address). If you are having the same issue and want to see the actual customer address, I have found a way to find it.

Go to your 'orders' page ... once you are on the particular order go to the pulldown menu

- select  'print shipping labels or invoices'

- Select ' All (address label, invoice / packing slip, invoice for your own records)'

You will then see the international buyers actual address on the bottom left side of the invoice.
