How to find buyer's email address?

I need to send a money request to a paid buyer for a requested shipping upgrade.  I thought we were able to view email addresses of previous buyers, but I can only find their ebay email.  How do I find their actual email address?

  as at my knlodge you can't get buyer email address.only you can get buyer telephone number

If you have a eBay transaction with a person I believe you are allowed to exchange contact information for 15 days.  Using eBay's message's just request their eMail.  They may or may not respond to you.

You are not allowed to exchange contact information before a sale is

made and paid for using the eBay message system .

After an item is paid for it is allowed to ask the buyer for contact information

using the eBay message system .
